It’s an area lined by water and crisscrossed with greenbelts culminating into an oasis of natural beauty. Channel Islands Harbor consists of five marina communities and is not far (by boat) to the Channel Islands National Park, a series of islands off the coast of California. Residents live in attached and detached single-family homes, condos and townhomes. Many of the single family homes sit along the water and have their own private boat docks!

Four distinctive neighborhoods make up the area. Mandalay Bay sits near the Channel Islands bridge, providing the best access to the coastal islands. Seabridge is the newest dock home community, built on and around two man-made islands. Many properties here have docks for easy water access. Westport at Mandalay Bay is a natural life haven in the northwest corner of Channel Islands Harbor. Harbour Island is a condominium community located on the main channel at the end of Harbour Island Lane and sits between Mandalay Bay and Seabridge. These communities have a strong nautical lifestyle. Channel Islands Harbor is full of great shops, restaurants, and endless activities.
